GACRAO's Rising Enrollment Professionals (G-REP)

To celebrate GACRAO's 70th anniversary, we are excited to roll out our newest professional development program called G-REP.

G-REP is envisioned as an innovative professional development program tailored specifically for new professionals (1-3 years) in the field of enrollment management. By providing targeted training, mentorship, and networking opportunities, G-REP aims to empower emerging talent and equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their careers and become future leaders in higher education.

Mentorship Opportunities:

G-REP participants will have the opportunity to engage with experienced professionals and mentors who can provide guidance, support, and valuable insights into the intricacies of enrollment management. Mentorship will be a cornerstone of the program, fostering meaningful connections and facilitating the transfer of knowledge and expertise.

Networking and Collaboration

G-REP will provide a platform for participants to network with peers from across the state, share best practices, and collaborate on innovative solutions to common challenges. Through facilitated discussions, group activities, and networking events, attendees will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships and expand their professional networks.

Recognition and Incentives

To incentivize participation and recognize outstanding contributions to enrollment management, Member Institutions will be invited to nominate one individual from their institution to participate in G-REP as a reward for their hard work and dedication. This exclusive opportunity will serve as a tangible acknowledgment of their commitment to excellence in SEM.
